I've made the bread. Used a 12" round pizza pan. Mich mentioned that the dough is really very wet, so I have used 3/4 cup of water and added in additional 1 tablespoon at a time, total used is 3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons of water. Used only 1 tsp of salt. Dough is a little sticky but a light dusting of flour helps, and easy to handle. The bread has a light hint of the sweetness from the honey, with light crisp crust and soft crumbs. Nice eaten with a cup of tea, and really yummy with a bowl of hot mushroom soup for a light lunch.Happy baking!
I agree, the dough was really wet. I added an extra cup of flour for a total of 4 1/4 cups...I wish I had read this comment before baking so I could have used less water too! I enjoyed the bread but wish I had added a light dusting of sea salt on top before baking.
